Foot Reflexology & Reiki

Reflexology is a massage used to relieve whole body tension based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears linked to every part of the body. This specific massage focuses on the feet and their connection to the body. Massage with Reiki stimulates the nerve and meridian endings; this brings healing to all of the corresponding muscles, organs, and energy pathways. Wear comfortable and cozy clothing.
Craniosacral & Reiki Therapy

This gentle therapy works with the cerebrospinal fluid that protects the brain and spinal cord. By releasing restrictions within the CNS, we can enhance the body's function and restore its natural healing abilities. I like to think of Craniosacral Therapy as working from the inside out. Combining Reiki with the CST techniques will bring you deep relaxation as your body leads the way to self healing. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your session.
